Collaborative Exam Information
The collaborative exam is designed to provide an opportunity for small groups of students to collaborate on exam questions and improve their overall exam scores. The collaborative exam is required and is taken immediately after the individual exam. Groups are determined by the instructor and only one exam is submitted per group. Open discussion is allowed and encouraged. If you think your group is selecting the incorrect answer, speak up and discuss with your group! However, be careful not to talk yourselves out of the correct answer!
Additional points are applied to individual exam scores before any analysis is performed and may be earned as follows:
- 80-85% = +1 point
- 86-90% = +2 points
- 91-100% = +3 points
There is no "cap" on additional points, therefore, it is possible to get over 100% on your individual exam.
