Organic Forms Photography | Process Work

Purpose:
This process work that we start now will be used for a future semi abstract organic design project. Artists and designers use process work to help them with ideas to create final designs.
Task:
- Take 5-10 photos of forms featuring organic shapes using your camera. Photograph from your yard, house plants or neighborhood (while practicing social distancing) Think of this like a bugs eye view. Get CLOSE to what you are photographing so you are able to really see shapes.
- Select 10-15 free pixabay images from the website listed below. Look for images that are unusual and less recognizable. You are looking for the most unique shapes to abstract from. https://pixabay.com/images/search/macro%20photography%20nature/?pagi=4 Links to an external site.
- Links to an external site.Submit a sharable link to a folder of all of your photo research using dropbox or google drive. (Please do not upload each individual photo to canvas)

Criteria:
- Includes 5 to 10 images of organic shapes that you photographed
- Includes 10 to 15 images selected from the above website
- Was submitted using a shareable link
