Overview:
Now it's time to listen to a more challenging video and apply the vocabulary that you have learned. Choose one animal from this list: crows/ravens, chimps, elephants, octopus, dolphins, pigs, killer whales, dogs, or parrots. Watch the videos about your animal and take notes on the animal's intelligence.
Directions:
In a text entry or file upload, answer these questions:
- What is your animal and where does it come from? (continent/country)
- In your own words, tell about 2-4 stories or studies that show the animal is intelligent. Include specific examples/details from the stories or studies that show why the animal is intelligent. Use your own words and proofread your writing for grammar & spelling errors.
You can write your answer in one large paragraph or divide the individual stories/studies into separate paragraphs.
