The following modules and assessments with an 80% or greater are required to complete as your “ticket to entry” for the dosage calc quiz:
- Safety in Medication Administration
- Systems of Measurement
- Calculating oral medication dosages
- Syringes and Needles
- Calculating parenteral medication dosages
- Completion of at least one of the comprehensive practice tests (located at bottom of assignment list - your top score will be the one assigned for points)
There are two 25 point comprehensive assessments available. You may take just one, or both. Points will be awarded for the best score achieved, with maximum points of 25 for this assignment. Extra practice is encouraged, but will not add to overall points!
NOTE: The questions will be helpful for both the Pharmacology exam and the Dosage Calculation final assessment.
