Level One Dosage Calc 360 Instructions

Level 1 Dosage Calc 360

Every quarter, Highline College Nursing students are assessed for math skills in relation to safe dosage calculation. The complexity of dosage calculation problems will progress in difficulty each quarter in relation to the types of patients and medications you will be learning about and working with. The content from Dosage Calc 360 you will use this quarter will focus on math basics; safety in medication administration; systems of measurement; dosage calculation methods; calculating oral medication doses; calculating non-IV parenteral medications; and choosing correct syringe and needle size.
