Academic Progress Report -AAR (Mobile)

Overview

Review Your Academic Progress

This topic will give you a basic understanding of how to review your degree progress in your mobile student page. At the end of this topic, you will be able to:

      • Review your Degree Progress
      • View Courses and Assign them in your Planner

 

Reviewing your Academic Progress is helpful in understanding where you are at in your program and what requirements are still needed. This will also show you where your transfer credits have applied to your academic requirements for your program completion. 

Expand the Academics section in your left menu and select the Degree Progress link.

*Note: on a smaller mobile device using the ctcLink application you may need to open the left menu by clicking on the blue tab at the left side of your screen

 

Accessing your degree progress report

 

If you have more than one active program you will need to select the program you would like to view by clicking the arrow to the right of the program title.

 

  Degree List

 

This will open a list of Requirements for that program.  Select the arrow to the left of the requirement to expand the requirement details.  Requirements that are not In Progress or Satisfied will display with Not Satisfied, however students should expand each section to review the requirements, as each requirement can have multiple parts that are not yet in progress.  

 

Degree Requirements

 

Within each requirement there can be one or more parts.  Use the arrow to the left of the not satisfied requirements to get more requirement details.  Currently enrolled classes will show the requirement as satisfied and "IP" will display next to a green checkbox.

Select the View Courses button to return a list of courses that will meet that requirement.

Select the arrow to the left of the Course to view the catalog details about the course

*Note: On a smaller screen the arrow to expand the course details may be below the course number rather than to the left

During enrollment periods, click the View Sections button to be taken to the Class Schedule and enroll in classes. If more than one term is available, make sure to select the appropriate term from the drop down at the top of the page to view the available classes for that term.

Students may add classes to their Shopping cart by clicking the button to the right of the class information and selecting Add to Cart

Students may return to different areas in their degree progress at the top of the page by clicking inside the "..." and selecting the page to return to

Note: On a smaller screen instead of the "..." use the back arrow < at the top of the page to return to previous pages

Returning back to Requirements

  

From the requirement course list, if the class is not currently available or the student wishes to take the course in a future term they can add the course to their planner by selecting the button to the right of the course and selecting Add to Planner. Student may also view their Degree progress report as a PDF by selecting the View PDF button back on the main Degree Progress page.

 

Printing Requirements as a PDF

 

Note: The pdf will open as a popup, new window or appear in the download section of your browser depending on which browser and device type you are using.
