How do I get started?

Connecting Panopto and Your Canvas Course

You will need to do these four steps for every Canvas course where you want to use Panopto, including your test course.

1. In your Canvas course, go to Settings, then Navigation.
2. Add "Panopto Recordings" to the active links in your course and click "Save."
3. Once the link is added to a course, click on the Panopto Recordings link. It may take a minute for Canvas and Panopto to talk to each other.
4. Once the screen shows Panopto is available, then you can begin to use Panopto.
