Getting Help With Panopto

Panopto provides resources to help with using the tools:

As with other tools at Highline, the following resources are also available:

• With technical issues, e.g. problems with a recorder in a classroom, contact the IT Service Desk at helpdesk@highline.edu or 206 592-4357 (HELP). 
• For help with using the recorder, strategies for creating good lectures, and other pedagogical questions, contact Instructional Design at id@highline.edu or 206 592-3969.

Students should always contact the IT Service Desk at helpdesk@highline.edu or 206 592-4357 (HELP) with technical issues. A student orientation to Panopto is also available.
