Using the Read and Write Text to Speech Program to Canvas

If you are using Chrome as your web browser, Chrome has a read and write extension. This program has many wonderful features, like a text-to-speech screen reader and a speech-to-text capture that will write as you talk. These directions allow you to add that feature not only to your Chrome browser, but access them in Canvas to use these features.
