Highline College cares about your health. If you are an F-1 visa holder and you are on Highline’s I-20, you are required to purchase medical insurance through the college. International students pay for medical insurance with their tuition each quarter. Health insurance is managed by LewerMark Student Insurance.

Why is health insurance mandatory? The cost of healthcare in the United States is extremely expensive. You must have medical insurance to protect yourself from these high costs.
