Campus View Student Housing

Campus View Student Housing is required for all first-quarter international students unless (a) the student qualifies for a specific exemption or (b) there are no available rooms in Campus View. After the first quarter of study, international students may choose to stay in Campus View or consider one of many other options for housing around Highline College.

Living with an American family can be a great way to start your life in the USA. Students living in a homestay learn about American culture in their daily life and improve their English skills.

There are many homestay agencies to choose from. Do your research and choose an agency that you think will work best for you, then apply directly to the agency of your choice.

Highline College cannot recommend any specific agency, so make sure to do your research.

Apartments and Shared Housing

Living on your own in an apartment gives you freedom and privacy, but might be more expensive. You can also rent a place together with a group of friends to save money on rental costs.

Local apartment options are listed below. They are located near Highline College and offer a variety of one- and two-bedroom units. Pricing options are $1500 or higher per month, depending on the rooms and options, and will require a damage deposit that could range from $400 or higher.   • US bank statement after opening a bank account showing proof of funding
