Final Project Overview

Through this course we have explored artistic concepts, methods, found meaning in artwork both familiar and newly discovered. Importantly, you have flexed your new knowledge and created your own artwork based on the principles we studied!

The adventure isn't quite over, now it's time time to synthesize the information we have covered by writing a short, written reflection about Art Appreciation. You will also engage in an artmaking project that asks you to research inspirational artists, and integrate your knowledge and artistic skills by creating a self-portrait! 

In this module you will be asked to:

• Create a self portrait, "after" an artist you admire, this includes a written synopsis
• Write a personal reflection about Art Appreciation based on the questions provided
