Review To Do Lists

This topic will give you an understanding of how to review your To Do Lists and Holds using the ctcLink Mobile Website or the ctcLink Mobile Application. At the end of this topic, you will be able to:

- Review To Do Lists
- Review Holds

On the Mobile Dashboard, select To Dos from the widget or go to the left navigator and select To Dos from the My Information menu

Once you are on the To Do List page, select a Task to view its details.

The Task Details page displays, review the message about what needs to be done to complete this To Do item and take any action steps needed. Once a task is satisfied, a staff member will verify and complete the task which will remove it from the To Do list.

Student Holds

On the Mobile Dashboard, select Holds from the widget or go to the left navigator and select Holds from the My Information menu

Once you are on the Holds page, select a Hold to view its details.

Review the hold details to determine if anything is needed to be done. Some holds, like this Funder Hold example are positive, this hold means a funder is processing your award and this hold prevents you from being dropped for non-payment. It is important to review the Hold details and contact the office that placed the hold with any questions.
