Overview

Review Aid Year Summary 

This topic will give you a basic understanding of how to review your Financial Aid aid year summary. At the end of this topic, you will be able to:

• • Review your award year information 
  • Review award summary 
  • View disbursement dates 
  • Review Financial Aid Tasks
  • Review Financial Aid Messages

 

Review Award Year Information

Once you are on your Student Homepage, select the Financial Aid tile. 

 

 

Once in the Financial Aid tile you will be on the Aid Year View. Select the Aid year you choose to review.

 

  

 

Here you will see the Award Year Summary.  You will be able to scroll down to see all terms in the award year to review the details. 

 

  

 

 

 

Here you can also review the scheduled disbursement dates for your funds. 

Select the link at the top of the Term Award Detail, that says View Scheduled Disbursement Dates. 

 

  

 

Once you select the link it will display your awards and the scheduled disbursement dates. 

 

   

 

Review Financial Aid Tasks

The Financial Aid office will assign Tasks if there are any steps students need to take to complete their Financial Aid Process.  Once you are on your Student Homepage, select the Tasks tile. 

 

 

You will see a list of To-Do items, click on any of the tasks for Highline College to view more details

 

 

Task Details will give you more information regarding the steps needed

 

 

Review Financial Aid Messages

The Financial Aid office may send secure messages to your Message Center.  Once you are on your Student Homepage, select the Message Center tile. 

 

 

Once you are in the Message Center click on the Message Thread to read your message

 

 

After reviewing all messages click the ctcLink Homepage button on top right of the page to return to your homepage
