Overview

View Class Schedule and Exam Schedule

This topic will give you an understanding of how view your class schedule and exam schedule in the Manage Classes tile of your Student Homepage. At the end of this topic, you will be able to:

- View your class schedule by class or by date
- View your exam schedule

View My Classes

Once you are on the Student Homepage select the Manage Classes tile.

Then on the left-hand navigation select View My Classes.

Note: If you have multiple enrollment terms or colleges, then the Select a Term page displays. Here you will select a Term/College.

Once you select the term/college the View My Classes page will display and defaulted to "By Class" tab.

Select a particular Class hyperlink to view details regarding class information.

When you select the specific class the Class Information window will display.

Here you can view the different components of the class. Once you are done reviewing these details, you can select the [X] button to return to View My Classes page and close the Class Information window.

If you are on a waitlist for any courses you can view this information by selecting the Show Waitlisted Classes box.

You can also view any courses that you have dropped. If applicable, select the Show Dropped Classes box to display dropped classes.

You can also view your classes by date, in a calendar type view. To view in this mode, select the By Date tab. Classes are then displayed by meeting date.

If you have multiple terms or colleges that you are registered for you can switch to view additional terms or colleges.

Select the Change button to display the Select a Value window.

The Select a Value window will display again and you can select a different Term/College to view.

Once you select the different term/college the View My Classes page will display and defaulted to "By Class" tab for the Term/College you selected.

View My Exam Schedule

To view your exam schedule, use the Manage Classes tile and select View My Exam Schedule on the left-hand navigation.

Note: If the you are enrolled in more than one term or college, a college/term selector will appear. If not, the Student Exam Schedule page will display. Not all colleges will use the View My Exam Schedule page.

Select the value for the Term/College to view exam schedule.

To change to a different college/term select the Change Term button to display the Term/College selection page.

Select a new value for the Term/College to view the Exam schedule for that term/college (if applicable) to display the Student Exam Schedule page.

If no Exam Schedule is available a not available message will appear
