Daily setup checklist

Before you head to campus:

• Add handouts to Canvas
• Publish any assignments for in-class activities
• Copy your presentation to flash drive or Google Drive

Pack your bag:

• Mask (and a spare)
• Water bottle with a straw
• Name tag
• Pants
• Laptop
• Cable to connect to VGA (if presenting from your laptop)
• Webcam (if you’re using it)
• Wireless mic (if you’re using it)

In the classroom:

• Log in to the classroom computer
• Log in to Zoom or Panopto
• Check the microphone and video for Zoom/Panopto
• Set up your slides or other activities
• Check the document camera (if you're using it)

As class starts:

• Do your 5 second safety check
• Lead your students through their 5 second safety check
