Enter office hour location in the Highline directory
Log into the Highline directory.
When you add your office hours, change the "Location" to your preferred virtual location.
- If you'll be in your personal Zoom room during your office hours, in the location box, write something like, "Visit me in my Zoom office. Please email me for my Zoom office location." [Note: do not publicly post your Zoom office location.]
- If you'll be responding to student emails immediately during your scheduled office hours, write something like "Immediate responses to email sent to <your Highline email address> during this time."
- If you have set up a good phone call option, write something like "Call me at <whatever number you're using> during this time."
