Who do I call about Zoom, VPN, headset/microphone, etc.?

A Zoom Pro License?

We are assigning Zoom Pro licenses to anyone who needs one. Contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@highline.edu

VPN Access?

All full time faculty and staff have permission to use the VPN. You can download the software and connect by following these instructions Links to an external site.. Remember, though, you don't need the VPN to access Canvas, Zoom, or Email.
