How to Improve Your Keywords or Search Terms

Deciding which keywords or search terms to use is actually one of the most difficult parts of research, so we don't want to rush over this step. Let's review this short video (2 minutes) on how to develop search terms before we complete a brief exercise where we'll practice generating keywords with our own research questions. In the exercise, we'll learn how to combine these search terms with Boolean operators for effective searching in a library database.
