Virtual Child

In Module 4, we begin raising our Virtual Child.

To access your Virtual Child use the access code provided in the textbook bundle or by visiting the Virtual Child website.

Reminder : If you did not purchase the textbook, and are using an eBook, there is a registration fee of $39.60, which you will pay to the Virtual Child website when you register.

You DO NOT have to submit a class code to proceed with the Virtual Baby assignment. You will do all the work (raising the child) on your own, I will not be monitoring your progress nor the parental decisions you make.  

Raising your Virtual Child from birth to graduation requires about 10hrs of time. Please build this into your study schedule. You can choose to raise your child on your own or can follow the age segments as they are covered in the course. Both will provide you opportunities to reflect on what you have learned about child development.

FOUR times a quarter (refer to Course Calendar) you will have a chance to share what you have been learning about child development through raising your Virtual Child.
