Observations in Early Childhood Education

Observations are used in early childhood to assess children's development. As we learn about how children develop, we should also think about how we might evaluate children's progress in this process.

As we learn more about how children develop, we will find that there are MANY factors that impact how children develop. The age of a child does not determine where they are at developmentally.
