The idea of culture is often compared to an iceberg. One thing that most people know about icebergs is that the majority of it is under the water. Unseen. It’s essential that we examine the unseen part of ourselves. The pieces of our values and beliefs that we don’t question because we see them as “normal” or “common sense”.
