The first part of this module covered using assignments to create Gradebook items. For this assignment, create an assignment in your test course.
- Go to the Assignments page on the left navigation, or add a new Module item.
- Create a new assignment.
- Include directions, total points possible, and submission type.
- Publish the assignment.

Remember:
- Complete this assignment by adding a page for a course you will be teaching in Canvas. You can copy the test course to that class later.
- If you already have a course built in Canvas, you can use an example from that course. Please ensure that it meets the criteria for the assignment.
Capture a screenshot and submit it to this assignment as a file. This is a graded assignment. You can earn up to 5 points. Please see the rubric for specific criteria.
