Managing Courses: Overview and Objectives

In this module, you will learn how Canvas courses work at Highline: how your courses are assigned, how students show up in the courses, how to make courses visible to students, and some special features.

Upon successfully completing this module, you will be able to:

• Understand how courses are assigned and created on Highline's Canvas instance
• Request that multiple item numbers (sections) be combined
• Request a Test Course/space to build a course that won't have students
• Manage student enrollment in your courses
• Make your course visible (or not) to students
