Getting Help With Canvas: Overview and Objectives

There are probably three different types of help you might want with Canvas:

• Creating pedagogically effective online and hybrid courses, or using Canvas effectively to supplement a face-to-face course
• Making Canvas support a particular pedagogical technique
• Solving an error or other misbehavior by Canvas

The first is best served by meeting with the faculty in residence in Instructional Design (id@highline.edu). For help bending Canvas to your will or fixing problems, the tactics described in the rest of this module are a great first step.
